Did you know that singer-songwriter Syleena Johnson is a member of Zeta Phi Beta? Syleena is a proud member of the Lambda Epsilon Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Syleena Johnson is the daughter of Syl Johnson, an African American blues and soul singer. Syleena created a strong reputation in the music industry in the early 2000s. She gained momentum after featuring on a Kanye West record called All Falls Down. She was nominated for seven awards including a Grammy for her vocals. In 2005 she won a Chicago Music Award for Best Female Vocalist and a Truth Award for her single Hypnotic.
