The Spring 2002 Deltas From The University of Houston Did This STUNNING Photoshoot to Celebrate Their 20th DELTAversary
The women of Delta Sigma Theta do not play when it comes to STYLE and SISTERHOOD!
To celebrate their 20th crossing anniversary, the women of the Spring 2002 line of the Zeta Sigma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at The University of Houston teamed up with photographer Ke’er Orr of @pointandclickphotography for a STUNNING photoshoot.
“We traveled from two countries, two states, and five cities back to our undergraduate campus, where we pledged,” Melody K. Gerard, one of the sorors in the photos, told Watch The Yard. “Although all 13 of us couldn’t participate, this photo shoot was so important because it represents our commitment to each other and our love for our sisterhood, chapter, and sorority.”
“When we pledged in Spring 2002, I don’t think we truly understood what ‘lifetime’ meant, but after twenty years, we’ve learned that sisterhood means showing up for each other in all the many ways possible and taking comfort in knowing that someone will always be there for you.”
