The Spring 2002 Deltas From Spelman Did This STUNNING Photoshoot in Costa Rica to Celebrate Their 20th DELTAversary

The women of Delta Sigma Theta do not play when it comes to STYLE and SISTERHOOD!
To celebrate their 20th crossing anniversary, the women of the Spring 2002 line of the Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at Spelman College teamed up with photographer Fernando Diaz for a STUNNING photoshoot in Costa Rica.
“It was important to do this photoshoot because milestones are moments that are meant to be acknowledged and celebrated,” Syreta Oglesby, one of the sorors in the photos, told Watch The Yard. “We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to gather, fellowship, reminisce and reconnect with one another. As sisterhood is about compassion, understanding, courtesy and genuine love, the ladies of SE.I.S.M.I.C. 35 loved one another then and adore each other even more so now.”

“Sisterhood is important to our line because we understand the power of womanhood. We have realized that the unconditional love and support will carry us through life’s highs and challenging moments. The sisterhood will always remain sacred and a safe space for us to be our authentic selves. Sisterhood transcends socio-economic status, colors, or letters.”
