The chapters in the video include Iota Zeta of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Theta Nu of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Theta Theta of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Phi of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and Epsilon Psi of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
