Sheryl Underwood Just Won $25,000 For Zeta Phi Beta On Family Feud, This Is What They Are Doing With The Money
Sheryl Underwood is bringing the money home for Zeta Phi Beta!
The comedian/TV host and former Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. International Grand Basileus (President)(2008-2012), brought her family to Celebrity Family Feud to take on Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy and his family and ended up bringing home $25,000 her sorority’s National Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization founded in 1975 by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
According to the Zeta Phi Beta National Education Fund website,
“The principle activities and purpose of the Trust was to award scholarship grants to worthy students for the pursuit of higher education; to conduct community education programs which would aid in the educational and vocational improvement of individual and community living standards; to engage in activities which would aid in the educational development of all women; and to engage in activities that would aid in the educational development related to the purposes of the Foundation.
One of the Foundation’s primary objectives is financial support to needy students for higher education through its scholarships. Scholarships are rewarded annually, for both undergraduate and graduate study, and are processed through the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.”
