Phylicia was initiated into the Alpha Chapter of the sorority before going on to star in The Crosby Show and with a Tony Award.

Nichelle Nichols

Nichelle Nichols starred on Star Trek before becoming a NASA recruiter. She is an honorary member of the sorority.

Brandy Norwood

Brandy, a Grammy Award-winning singer and actress, is an honorary member of Alpha Kappa Alpha.

Inga Ballard

Theater actress, known for playing Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray and Mazeppa in Gypsy, Inga Ballard was initiated into the Mu Kappa Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha.

Yvette Nicole Brown

Yvette is an actress in film and television, as well as a regular host and voice artist. She crossed through the Delta Pi Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.

Vanessa Bell Calloway
