These Deltas from Lincoln University of Missouri Celebrated Their Line’s 15th Deltaversary With a Sisterhood Trip To The Bahamas

The Spring 2004 line of Deltas from Lincoln University of Missouri know how to celebrate their sisterhood with style!

To celebrate their 15th Deltaversary, the sorors of the Alpha Theta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta’s Spring 2004 “D.S. Total Chaos” line took a sisterhood trip to The Bahamas and Turks and Caicos. Their 5-day cruise on the Carnival Sensation allowed the 16 Devastating Deltas to take a break from being teachers, nurses, lawyers, entrepreneurs, managers, social workers, writers, stylists, wives, moms, girlfriends, and daughters and focus on the self-care of bonding through sisterhood.

“Sisterhood is a commitment, a bond, a belief, a relationship that deserves to be cultivated, celebrated, and must always continue. Every year each spring, my linesisters and I commit time to each other to celebrate the start of a sisterhood unlike anything imaginable,” Ladonna Hull wrote Watch The Yard in an email about the trip. “This is Sisterhood…and I am looking forward to the years of travel that awaits US!!!”

“For just one week we got to be Sisters, fully immersed in fortifying our bonds of sisterhood and celebrating in an abundance of Black Girl Magic.”

As part of their trip, the sorors did a beautiful sisterhood photoshoot with Trina Harris & Ashaunte Barnes.
